Recipes: Persimmon
Pancakes

1 persimmon
-
1 banana
-
2 eggs
-
1 cup milk
-
2 cups flour sifted
-
¾ cups Pure Vegetable oil
-
2 tablespoon sugar
-
½ teaspoon baking powder
-
a pinch of salt

In bowl rubbed on a large grater 1 persimmon and 1 banana. Add sugar, eggs, milk, and Pure Vegetable oil and mix all.
In another bowl sift flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt. Combine all ingredients together.
Use a frying pan on medium heat and fry pancakes from two sides to readiness.

Autumn smoothie with persimmon

1 persimmon

1 banana
-
1 cup yogurt or kefir
-
2 tablespoon cereal
-
½ teaspoon flaxseed
-
1 teaspoon honey
All ingredients are pleased in a blender and mixed.
Autumn vitamin smoothie is ready.

Smoothie with Persimmon

1 Orange
-
1 Persimmon
-
Cinnamon – ½ tsp
-
Ginger – taste (½ tsp)
-
Water – 1/ 4 cup
Peel the orange, pulp cut into pieces.
Persimmon cut into pieces.
Add cinnamon, ginger and water.
Use a blander for 20-30 seconds and smoothies is ready.

Waffles breakfast with honey and persimmon

Dough for baking:

1 egg, 1 cup milk,
-
1 tbsp sugar,
-
¼ tsp salt,
-
11/2 tsp baking powder,
-
2 tbsp melted butter or vegetable oil,
-
1 cup flour.
-
-
Cottage cheese – 50 gram
-
1 PERSIMMON
-
Honey
Bake waffles into the Maker Waffle and cook until golden brown.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Put 2 waffles on the dish, pour honey, over cottage cheese and fresh persimmon.
Sprinkle with sesame.
Serve with tea, coffee or hot chocolate.
